Happy Tuesday, Insiders 😎
It almost feels fake to write, but our Indiana Hoosiers are on their way to the College Football National Championship this upcoming Monday. After a dominating win against Oregon, the Hoosiers opened up as -7.5 favorites. With that being said, we’ve still got a packed lineup for you this week. Grab your coffee and let’s get going.

Indianapolis is officially getting its first The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, landing at Pennsylvania and Georgia Streets—right across from Gainbridge Fieldhouse. We’ve covered this before when it was just rumored, but pieces are starting to move.. Plans include a 4,000-capacity live music venue and new retail aimed at activating Georgia Street even more than it already is. Opening is slated for 2028, but this is one of those developments that will quietly change how downtown Indy feels day to day—and that’s a good thing.

If you want a classic steakhouse without heading downtown, Anthony’s Chophouse might be your new spot. The space is dark, polished, and comfortable, and the menu didn’t disappoint. I’d recommend the old fashioned and wagyu carpaccio to start; can’t beat it.
