The Indiana Gaming Commission’s new report just dropped—and downtown Indy’s topping the list for a potential casino site. Analysts say it could rake in nearly $500 million a year and bring big tax dollars downtown. Nothing’s official yet, just feasibility talk, but the buzz is real.
