Fall’s starting to roll in around Indy—football’s on, the Pacers are warming up for preseason, and the calendar’s packed again. This week we’ve got plenty of big events - GermanFest is here with beer and dachshunds, Epicurean Indy is back on, and there’s plenty of music and events to hold up the calendar.

Epicurean Indy is rolling into Fletcher Place with a lineup of local chefs, cocktails, and plenty of small bites to keep you busy. It’s basically a “walk-and-snack” tour where your only job is to try everything. Perfect excuse to ditch dinner plans and graze your way through Indy’s food scene. Check it out on October 5th and find tickets here.
GermanFest is back at the Athenaeum, which means beer steins, bratwurst, polka bands, and the crowd favorite—dachshund races. It’s one of those festivals where strangers instantly become your new drinking buddies, and the Chicken Dance feels mandatory. Details here for the event on October 4th at the Athenaeum.
